Process
In each search project, our commitment is to identify, select and present for the client’s final decision suitable candidates with the right mixture of professional experience and personal characteristics to meet the client’s company requirements for the positions to be assigned. Although we regard each direct search as a unique consulting engagement and tailor our efforts accordingly, a systematic approach is followed in executing each assignment. The basic steps in our approach are:
• Analysis
Development of detailed job specification and definition of candidate profile(s).
• Definition of Search Strategy
Based on the profiles developed, we will prepare a research plan to identify all suitable candidates. We will conduct the search country-wide and will concentrate on international companies with production sites in Poland.
• Approach
Contact to potential candidates and bench-marking against position profile, motivation of qualified candidates.
• Interview
Selection and appraisal of interested candidates in confidential interviews, formal written evaluation of candidates' background/personality in detailed confidential reports.
• Presentation of Candidates
Introduction of candidates to client, accompanied by the consultant, coaching and guidance through selection process.
• Finalization
Reference check; advice on contractual and salary issues.
