In order to ensure the close contact with local markets, our company developed a framework in which it monitors the relationship building process between its consultants and their clients. The control system will ensure more effective information flow and communication process between our offices, the clients, and the candidates. Furthermore, the company set up Global Practice Groups for all relevant industries like Automotive, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Information Technology, Media & Entertainment, and other. Our consultants working in local offices have an opportunity to participate in the global groups.
Governance
Signium International is registered in the United States. Its shares are owned by a number of local executive search firms, proportionally to their size. Signium partners are committed to deliver services consistent with international standards of quality and methodology. We provide client-focused project co-ordination using standardised technology and systems.
